NEW PLUMA GENERATION IN 10 POINTS

  1. New geometry. The new swing arm rotational axis (higher and forward compared to the old Pluma) for a greater pitch stability and optimized propeller's plane.
    This new geometry also allow a more effective torque compensation by using an asymmetric set-up of the swing arm bars' 3D system.

  2. Wing attachments’ settings, creation of a third hooking point on the new swing arm bars.

  3. Solidder fixing between swing arms and frame thanks to the new frames' housings for the swing arms' nylon washers.

  4. The frame, seen from the front, narrows under the swing arms' axis to avoid rubbing between the swing arms and the frame (when flying in racing mode).

  5. Creation of two new carbon surfaces for a better, easier and stronger fixing of the two upper motor fixing points. This improvements leads to the elimination of the grab handle on the top of the frame.

  6. Pilot's ergonomics, better accessibility to the main switch and the primer, now in the lateral position. Thanks to this new position of the switches, the electrical and gas connections are now hidden into the frame.

  7. Filler cap with a one-way valve venting, and a fixed fuel connection on the tank.

  8. The contact surface between the kevlar sheet and the carbon frame is increased for a stabler positioning of the kevalr sheet.

  9. The design and the construction of the junction between foot and frame have been improved, as well as other improvements in the internal distribution of the carbon layers in the frame, issued from the experience with the first version.

  10. Inflation's ease linked to the new cage's junction piece.
