| Problem | Impossible starting |
| Cause | Durty spark plug |
| Solution | Change spark plug |
| Problem | Difficult electric start (Raket) |
| Cause | Ignition coil/ magnet gap too wide |
| Solution | Check ignition gap |
| Problem | The engine doesn't start when it is warm (Raket) |
| Cause | Same as above |
| Solution | Same . If the problem continues, drill a 25mm hole in the hand starter cover in front of the magnet. |
| Problem | Electric starting difficult (SOLO and Simonini) |
| Cause | 1- Dry poly-v belt, sticking on pulleys 2- Integrated decompressor blocked |
| Solution | Change the belt Unblock the decompressor |
| Problem | Bad idling (SOLO) |
| Cause | 1-idling screw not tightened enough 2- Bad adjustments (adjust L) 3- Dirty carb (small netting) |
| Solution | Tighten the screw Search right idling turning L screw between 1/4 and 3/8 Remove under plate of carb, clean the netting |
| Problem | The engine vibrates half gas, but has a right idling (SOLO) |
| Cause | H screw not adjusted |
| Solution | -From 1 turn on h screw tighten it to cancel vibrations Min. 3/4. -H screw too tight - unscrew it to get the power, max 1 turn. Warning : beware of seizing ! |
| Problem | The engine vibrates and does not reach full gas (SOLO) |
| Cause | Defect lower carb, membrane |
| Solution | Membrane kit (about 15 Euros), Clean the small netting |
| Problem | The engine would not stop |
| Cause | Self-ignition |
| Solution | Give full gas while cut off button |
| Problem | The machine vibrates at a given rpm, despite a right engine turn |
| Cause | 1-Unbalanced propeller 2- The bearings of the upper pulley are seized |
| Solution | 1-Repair and/or balance the propeller 2- Take off spark plug, belt and propeller. Turn the upper pulley with hand. Check there is no gap and that it turns properly, otherwise change the bearings |
| Problem | The machine has a sharp metal noise at low rpm |
| Cause | Dry belt |
| Solution | Change the belt and check the carb adjustments |
| Problèm | Your 4-blade propeller has no thrust (SOLO) |
| Cause | Props are assembled upside down |
| Solution | B prop first then Q. Facing the props, leading edge turning anti clock wise |
| Problem | Strange vibrations |
| Cause | The corner plate is bent, after a prop break or a shock in transport |
| Solution | Replace it |
| Problem | Starting difficult (Raket) |
| Cause | Dirty spark plug Ignition coil/ magnet gap too wide |
| Solution | Change the spark plug. Check ignition gap at 20/10 |
| Problem | Bad idling (Raket) |
| Cause | Bad adjustments of the long carb screw |
| Solution | Take off propeller, start engine, idling turning. Adjust the long screw between 3/4 turn and 1 turn +1/4 seeking the highest idle. Reassemble the propeller and start. Then, adjustidle by adjusting the long screw. |
| Problem | Battery connected, main switch button ON, the engine doesn't start (SOLO and Simonini) |
| Cause | Fuse |
| Solution | Take off fuse holder + check. Change if defective. Otherwise, check contact on fuse holder. |
